Shipping and Returns
We will ship your order as fast as we can, normally within 48 hours of placing your order.
From both our US and European store, we ship worldwide with FedEx.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a shipment tracking number.
Shipping rates and options are clearly stated on our website during the checkout process.
Tracking your shipment
You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number once the order has been shipped.
You have the right to exchange or receive a full refund on the items you have purchased within 14 days of their delivery.
Exchanges and refunds are issued within 14 days providing that the garment/product has not been used, modified or damaged. You are allowed to activate the PCM inserts and wear them in the vest to try. For reasons of hygiene you can't return evaporation vests once they have been filled or soaked. We highly recommend checking whether you ordered the correct size before activating evaporation vests.
We'll refund the shipping costs for your purchase, based on the cheapest shipping option. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to return or exchange an item
- Use a sturdy box, clearly marked as ‘Returning Goods’ on the shipping document. We can not accept shipments which are not marked as returning goods.
- We highly recommend shipping with a tracking number.
- Write a short note where you tell us the reason for your return. Don't forget to mention your order or invoice number

EZcooldown warrants all products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
If an EZcooldown product fails due to defects in craftsmanship or materials, within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. Be aware that this warranty is limited to the original purchaser only. For detailed information please see the guidelines below and/or the product specification following the product.
- Before returning any product, you must contact EZcooldown by e-mail to obtain a warranty return authorization.
- Arrange and pay shipping the product to EZCD. We will ship back to you free of charge and refund your shipping costs
- Ensure that the returned product is washed, clean and dry before shipping. Dirty and/or foul smelling garments will be returned unprocessed or may delay the process with an additional surcharge.
- Remember to include a note with your name, address and phone number AND, make sure to include a short statement explaining the warranty problem.
Damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect is not covered under our warranty, but may be repairable for a reasonable fee. Please contact us if you have any questions.
