One of your inserts got lost or damaged? No problem!
Here you can order single replacement PCM inserts for your EZcooldown Performers vest.
You can also combine our various PCM inserts and create your very own set, custom made to your personal needs!
For example: You can combine the yellow 70°F and blue 59°F inserts to create more cooling on your back and less on your chest, or vice versa.
You can also choose having thicker 4-cell PCM inserts on your chest for longer cooling (and that nice buff look of course:) while wearing the thinner 6-cell inserts on your lower back.
Any combination of temperature and cell configuration is possible.
Maybe you only need PCM cooling on your chest but not on your back or vice versa? Now you can order a Performers vest with only 2 inserts in stead of 4.

About our PCM temperature options
This PCM remains at a constant temperature of 15°C when activated and works best under conditions with temperatures up to 30°C. When used under warmer conditions, this PCM provides more intense cooling but for a shorter period of time.
This PCM remains at a constant temperature of 21°C when activated and works best under conditions of 30°C and warmer. When used under cooler conditions, the cooling effect will be less but will last longer.
About our PCM configuration options
These weigh 460g and are 20mm thick, providing more cooling power.
These weigh 335g and are only 12mm thick, providing a lighter, less bulky insert.

How does our Phase Change Material work?
Our PCM inserts work as the ambient temperature rises, the PCM starts to melt. br> During the phase transition, the PCM stores energy as latent heat, maintaining a constant temperature until the PCM is completely melted. br> When the ambient temperature lowers, the PCM will begin to crystallise. As this crystallisation happens the PCM releases the stored latent heat, maintaining a constant temperature until all released
How to activate our PCM
The PCM inserts can be quickly activated in your refrigerator or freezer or by putting them in ice water until they become solid. br> The inserts can also be activated while stored at a lower temperature than the target temperature until they become solid.
Our revolutionary PCM is made from bio materials of vegetable origin and USDA certified. br> Our bio PCM is non-toxic, low-flammable, durable, reuseable, 20% lighter than water and do not produce condensation.
