Refund policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering from EZ Cooldown.
That is why we apply clear and flexible policies for warranty, exchanges, and returns.


Warranty

At EZ Cooldown, we stand behind the quality of our products.

  • Cooling vests and other garments are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
    Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use is not covered.
  • PCM packs are covered by a 2-year warranty.

Within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product(s) as needed. Where applicable, we will also cover or reimburse related shipping costs.
Our warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the purchased product.


Exchanges & Returns Within the EU

Conditions

Customers within the European Union may exchange or return their order within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • the product is not damaged
  • labels have not been removed
  • Velcro straps have not been shortened

Vests may be tried on to check sizing.
PCM packs may be activated and tested.

Return Procedure

  • You can return your order using a carrier of your choice.
  • Pack your return securely, preferably in the original packaging. Include the packing slip or order confirmation, or a note with your name and email address.
  • Return shipping costs and related expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the return is received in good condition: a replacement item will be shipped free of charge within 48 hours, or a full refund will be issued, including the original outbound shipping costs.


Exchanges & Returns Outside the EU (Rest of World)

Conditions

Customers outside the European Union may exchange or return their order within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • the product is not damaged
  • labels remain intact
  • Velcro straps have not been shortened

Vests may be tried on to check sizing.
PCM packs may be activated and tested.

Return Procedure

  • Please contact us first at support@ezcooldown.com.
  • We will provide a free FedEx return label along with clear shipping instructions.
    This ensures fast processing and, in most cases, removes the need to complete export paperwork.
  • Returns using a self-arranged shipping method are only possible after prior approval.
  • Pack your return securely, preferably in the original packaging.
  • Drop your parcel at any FedEx Service Point nearby or request a pick-up.

Once the return is received in good condition: a replacement item will be shipped within 48 hours, or the purchase amount will be refunded.
Original outbound shipping costs are not refunded for returns from outside the EU.


Taxes and Import Duties

  • Any taxes or import duties charged upon delivery are always the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipments that are refused or not collected by the customer are automatically returned to EZ Cooldown.
    Once received, the purchase amount will be refunded within 48 hours, minus the return shipping costs.
