Fast and reliable worldwide delivery with FedEx International Express or DHL
- Shipping rates and options are clearly stated on our website during the checkout process.
- Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hrs.
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping notification and tracking information.
- The transit time depends on your country but usually your order will be delivered within 2-5 business days after dispatch.
- Depending on your country or location, FedEx may offer flexible delivery options. Check with your local FedEx customer service or visit www.fedex.com for more details.
- If you are not able to receive the parcel yourself, please arrange a pick-up at your nearest FedEx location. We can not take responsibility for parcels once they have been delivered according to FedEx.
Customs duties and taxes
For orders shipped within the European Union, no import duties apply, as we are based in the Netherlands. VAT is charged according to the applicable EU VAT rules.
Orders shipped to the United States and the United Kingdom are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that applicable import duties and taxes are included at checkout, and you will not be required to pay these upon delivery.
For all other countries we ship to, orders are sent DAP (Delivered At Place). Any applicable import duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the receiver and may be charged upon import.
If your country is not available as a shipping destination at checkout, we currently do not ship there. This may be because import regulations are too complex or because our experience has shown that importing cooling vests into that country too frequently results in customs or delivery issues.
